Responsibilities
- Create web-based applications using JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
- Develop tools for data analysis, including iPython scripts.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and UI design of applications.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and technical assistance.
- Participate in design discussions and document requirements.
- Perform quality assurance through peer reviews and troubleshoot bugs.
- Research new technologies and frameworks to recommend best practices.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience as a Software Developer using object-oriented programming.
- Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages, including C#, Java, and Python.
- Expertise in optimizing databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Postgres.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, and proficiency in Git.
- Experience with Google Compute Engine, Google BigQuery, and developing iPython scripts.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
