Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize custom ASR/TTS models for multilingual Indian contexts.
- Build conversational voice agents that handle interruptions, natural pauses, and voice variability.
- Develop voice-to-voice systems using state space models.
- Build agentic RAG pipelines and LLM orchestration for context-aware voice agents.
- Develop self-learning agents that improve through human workflows and feedback.
- Collaborate with MLOps to deploy models in real-time, low-latency production environments.
- Ensure deployed ML systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready features.
- Apply advances in ASR, TTS, NLP, LLMs, and real-time inference frameworks to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience focused on speech or NLP systems.
- Strong expertise in ASR, TTS, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, or dialogue systems.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Experience designing low-latency, real-time ML applications.
- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, evaluation, and deployment practices.
- Prior work on multilingual or Indian-context ASR/TTS systems.
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.
