Responsibilities
- Lead complex deployments and resolve intricate technical challenges for Certificate Lifecycle Management and PKI products.
- Guide customers through sophisticated integrations, customizations, advanced use cases, and best practices.
- Drive product adoption through technical advisory, training sessions, and customer-specific workshops.
- Assess deployment and best-practice gaps and translate them into strategic improvement plans.
- Advise technical and executive stakeholders, including CISOs and CTOs, on solution adoption and optimization.
- Manage complex customer engagements and high-touch delivery strategies with account teams.
- Lead customer escalations and coordinate internal resources for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and large-scale network design, operations, and security.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or advisory role such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Support Engineering.
- Demonstrated success driving product adoption, leading complex feature implementations, and delivering advanced training programs.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable customer plans and guide advanced use cases.
- Experience building relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts, and influencing decisions.
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure technology, standards, and implementations.
- Knowledge of securing Internet applications, including cryptography, standards, and techniques.
- Knowledge of directory technologies and standards such as LDAP and Active Directory.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services, public certificate authorities, HSMs, cloud key management services, Ansible, Terraform, and the ACME protocol.
