Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions for the five highest-priority QA software requests related to customer issues.
- Address the remaining 41 QA software requests and align enhancements with quality management goals.
- Assist with merging and harmonizing QA applications into a single integrated system.
- Participate in system design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide technical support and training to QA users.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Oracle, and Python.
- Experience with databases and system integration.
- Familiarity with QA processes and systems is a plus.
- Manufacturing or quality assurance experience and knowledge of customer complaint management systems are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Singaporean or Singapore PR status is preferred, and candidates should be available immediately or within 15 days' notice.
