Responsibilities
- Support software quality assurance testing activities across risk and compliance engagements.
- Review requirements, test scenarios, and deliverables to identify gaps and raise issues.
- Execute manual and automated test cases covering functionality, data integrity, and control performance.
- Document test results, track defects, and follow remediation status.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear testing actions.
- Apply risk management concepts to identify technology, process, and compliance issues.
- Use digital tooling and AI-enabled resources to improve test coverage, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior team members on status updates and project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2+ years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Curiosity about software testing methods and quality controls.
- Experience with test cases, defect tracking, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with risk-focused advisory engagement support.
- Ability to interpret data and inform findings and recommendations.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced client support settings and communicate clearly across diverse team perspectives.
