Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, implement, support, and maintain Java full-stack applications for critical manufacturing and engineering operations.
- Develop front-end and back-end functionality using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy them through AWS ECS on AWS EC2 instances.
- Collaborate with fab stakeholders and manufacturing data teams on predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions and scalable data pipelines.
- Work with users, developers, database administrators, engineers, and other groups to implement functionality and resolve application issues.
- Support day-to-day operations and troubleshoot application problems.
- Enhance overall system performance and integrate front-end and back-end technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Solid Java programming and relational database skills.
- Proficiency with Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and relational database development using Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
- Experience with development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and experience designing and implementing services using REST and JSON.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS.
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools including Git, Maven, Nexus, and Jenkins.
- Experience with R and Python business models and semiconductor industry experience are additional advantages.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
