Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, test, and document custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Design and implement scalable software components using contemporary development frameworks.
- Develop integrations and APIs within the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Work independently, contribute solutions to work-related problems, participate in team discussions, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration techniques and API development.
