Base Salary

$137k - $207k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop user-facing charging software for monitoring, controlling, and troubleshooting charge testing and charge sessions.
Adapt applications as charging equipment and firmware capabilities evolve.
Build applications supporting aircraft maintenance workflows and expand across near-aircraft systems.
Develop across the backend and frontend for equipment interfaces and user-facing tooling.
Contribute to software-in-the-loop simulation, hardware-in-the-loop lab testing, validation, and field deployment.
Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate software development and testing.
Work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including taking software from prototype to production.
Deep understanding of APIs, web services, and system integration.
Experience with streaming data patterns such as WebSockets, Kafka, or similar technologies.
Proficiency in C#, Python, and Angular.
Ability to learn additional languages and frameworks such as Java and React.
Experience with standard software development practices, Git-based workflows, and containerized Kubernetes deployments.
Experience using AI tools and workflows to automate and accelerate development and testing.
Familiarity working near hardware, distinct from hardware firmware development.
Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and effective cross-team collaboration.
Senior-to-Staff-level engineering capability with independent delivery.
Operations, transportation, automotive, or logistics experience is desired; aviation experience is a bonus.
