Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into software designs and solutions.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software modules and systems for client deployment.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software quality.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Document requirements, solutions, code, project specifications, reports, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on daily status, progress, risks, and delivery.
- Capture client clarifications, gather feedback, respond to customer requests, and support customer satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS and project reports and ensure adherence to release schedules and quality parameters.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with SAP ISU Device Management.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, coding, debugging, testing, and maintaining software.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, layouts, and clear code.
- Ability to support customer communications, issue tracking, and on-time delivery.
