Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical leads, liquidity managers, and product managers on strategy discussions and technical solution design.
- Own the strategy production environment, including feature development and infrastructure upgrades.
- Improve automated trading strategies for stability, scalability, robustness, and auto-recovery in 24x7 crypto trading environments.
- Run projects while maintaining a deep understanding of technical infrastructure and the broader product and business context.
Requirements
- Have a solid STEM education background.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and passion for the crypto industry.
- Knowledge of structured products business or volatility trading is a plus.
- Hands-on AI development experience is preferred.
