Base Salary
$152k - $282k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a next-generation Resource Manager and AI developer tools.
- Lead the design of scalable, event-driven microservices for resource management.
- Build and enhance developer tools for workflow orchestration and model management.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product owners and compliance teams on ML model development.
- Drive operational excellence by improving system reliability and performance.
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical platform initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of professional software development experience, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and cloud-native development practices.
