Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate APIs and backend services into web applications.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Improve frontend engineering processes, standards, product quality, performance, and scalability.
- Work with backend engineers to support smooth end-to-end functionality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on frontend development.
- Strong commercial experience with React and experience with Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience integrating APIs into web applications and understanding of backend concepts and relational databases such as Postgres.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently in distributed teams, and Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Preferred experience with Vue or Angular, Node.js or NestJS, frontend performance optimization, build tools, AI-powered user experiences, AI/LLM service integrations, OpenAI, Anthropic, AI SDKs, or prompt-based applications.
- Product-oriented mindset, proactive communication, attention to UI/UX quality, ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
