Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality scalable software solutions.
- Perform full-stack development across backend systems and user interfaces.
- Build RESTful API integrations, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
- Analyze complex technical problems and improve system performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding, security, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute innovative ideas to the company’s technology roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Micronaut.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver robust, scalable software.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
