Base Salary
$197k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical thought partner for sophisticated platform customers while ideating and building applications on OpenAI APIs
- Advise customers on maximizing business impact and accelerating time to value
- Experiment with and prototype customer solutions
- Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to support successful deployment and scaling
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
- Scale the AI Deployment Engineering function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing cookbooks
- Synthesize and deliver customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience building and/or delivering prototypes on an API platform
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders
- Ability to identify opportunities to maximize customer business value through OpenAI APIs
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, learn missing domain knowledge, prioritize across multiple projects, and navigate ambiguity
