Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer outcomes and product metrics.
- Implement user-facing full-stack features across Kernel’s core product and new product lines.
- Shape the product roadmap using customer feedback, usage patterns, and product judgment.
- Improve developer experience across the SDK, documentation, CLI, and API.
- Ship and iterate quickly from prototype through production with minimal hand-holding.
- Help define and build a high-quality developer product at Kernel.
Requirements
- Demonstrated focus on customer outcomes, customer empathy, and meaningful metrics.
- Ability to own features end-to-end across frontend and backend.
- Strong product taste and judgment for developer tools.
- Startup experience, including shipping quickly and working across multiple responsibilities.
- Experience building for developers deploying agents in the real world.
- Strong opinions and shipped work related to developer experience and API design.
