Base Salary
$112k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship customer-facing web-based features from concept through deployment.
- Build and maintain scalable frontend experiences and supporting backend services.
- Write automated unit tests and help ensure application resilience and maintainability.
- Lead code reviews and create clear technical design specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, tech-ops, and fellow engineers to address user feedback and business problems.
- Participate in stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum or XP activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- 3–5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable web services and user interfaces.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern stacks and data technologies including React, NodeJS, Java, Spring, Kafka, Elasticsearch, relational or NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and modular software design patterns.
- Experience with continuous integration/deployment, test automation, and structured design documentation.
- Experience delivering impact in an Agile/Scrum or XP team environment.
- Curiosity, continuous-learning orientation, collaboration skills, and a focus on customer impact.
