Responsibilities
- Own delivery of agentic AI solutions from business-problem framing and design through prototyping, productionization, and measurable outcomes.
- Design and implement agents using planner-executor, tool-calling, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Collaborate with Private Banking/AWM leaders, architects, engineers, and control functions to drive adoption and value.
- Implement evaluation strategies, guardrails, validation, safety controls, and governance patterns for regulated banking environments.
- Build reusable agentic AI patterns, components, and reference implementations across multiple use cases.
- Monitor production agent behavior and improve prompts, tools, logic, quality, cost, latency, and safety based on evaluations and feedback.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI workflows, including planner-executor, tool calling, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Strong LLM operations and evaluation skills, including defining test sets and evaluating quality, correctness, latency, cost, and safety.
- Experience with guardrails and responsible AI, including input/output validation, prompt safety, data leakage prevention, and regulated-environment controls.
- Strong Python software engineering skills, including modular design, testing, and version control, plus comfort with notebook-based experimentation.
- Cloud and integration experience deploying AI services in AWS and integrating through APIs, with familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization.
- Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake for grounding, retrieval, and context management.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into solution requirements, KPIs, and adoption plans, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious, innovative, outcome-driven, pragmatic, and able to take ownership and influence stakeholders while delivering solutions at pace.
