Responsibilities

  • Design and develop autonomous agents and AI-driven workflows for the Partner Hub.
  • Build scalable LLM solutions using agentic frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration technologies.
  • Establish standards for model evaluation, prompt engineering, and agentic reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure AI features are production-ready, secure, performant, cost-efficient, and ethically developed.
  • Translate business needs into AI solutions in partnership with product management and data science teams.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and tools.
  • Lead technical initiatives and manage the lifecycle of mission-critical, high-availability AI platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive professional software engineering experience focused on AI/ML and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI-powered applications into production at scale.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java and deep experience with AI frameworks and LLM orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen is preferred.
  • Experience with Spark, Flink, Pinecone, Milvus, fine-tuning, RAG, and LLM observability or evaluation tools is preferred.
  • Extensive experience architecting AI solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
  • Experience managing high-availability AI platforms and leading technical initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills are preferred.
