Responsibilities

Design and implement Model Context Protocol integrations and agent orchestration layers.
Build and maintain AI SDLC pipelines, tooling, and automation across the development lifecycle.
Implement autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, agentic AI patterns, and intelligent task automation.
Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and toolkits through proofs of concept, prototypes, technical evaluations, and benchmarking.
Recommend architectures by analyzing scalability, reliability, trade-offs, and fit.
Collaborate with product teams, architects, and clients to define requirements and shape AI SDLC solutions.
Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advise clients on AI tool adoption.
Deliver robust, scalable AI solutions for new products and existing platforms.

3–5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, including at least 1 year of extensive AI SDLC experience.
Strong practical software development experience; JavaScript or TypeScript is preferred, while Python, Java, and Go are also accepted.
Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and MCP integrations.
Understanding of the AI model lifecycle, prompting, evaluation loops, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and own end-to-end technical delivery.
Consulting experience or strong client-facing communication skills.
Experience building greenfield AI solutions, running proofs of concept, conducting technical evaluations, or benchmarking approaches.
Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, backend engineering, MLOps, or system design is preferred.
Understanding of LLM fine-tuning or model customization and integrating AI into production-grade applications is preferred.
Strong programming, communication, experimentation, collaboration, and client-advisory skills.
