Base Salary
$71k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and managed service providers to design, configure, test, and enhance operational systems.
- Assist with configuration and deployment of new systems and upgrades while minimizing business disruption.
- Collect and document business and technical requirements.
- Validate deliverables against requirements and support user acceptance testing feedback loops.
- Maintain production system stability and performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Build internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions with changing business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Alternatively, a graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Six years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
- Preferred experience includes Liferay portal technology, Windows, Linux, SAP ECC, MS SQL queries, ASP.NET, C#, VBA, VBS, and OpenText Content Services Platform.
- Preferred candidates can translate business needs into IT actions and communicate and present effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred candidates have problem-solving skills, can work under tight deadlines, and are familiar with waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
