Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions and production code.
  • Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure implementation meets design constraints.
  • Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets, create visualizations and reports, and use identified patterns to improve coding practices and system architecture.
  • Apply software development lifecycle knowledge and contribute to secure, stable, and resilient technology delivery.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to evaluate and refine generated outputs.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
  • Overall knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices.
  • Preferred: familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies.
