Responsibilities

Maintain scalable data models and structures in Salesforce Data 360.
Design, build, and optimize real-time data pipelines from Salesforce and external sources.
Implement segmentation, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows.
Integrate AI-driven insights and automation into customer data solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Lead the integration of security into product development and operational workflows.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate development and operations processes.
Provide technical guidance on infrastructure management, security practices, and automation tools.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and optimize solutions, and document technical implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of total experience.
At least 2 years of relevant experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, including data modeling, integration, and segmentation.
Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and connectors.
Experience with real-time data processing architectures.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Salesforce Einstein.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, and GxP.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and complex SQL is preferred.
Familiarity with agile development and DevOps practices is preferred.
Experience in regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
