Responsibilities
- Analyze functional requirements and design and develop software programs to specifications.
- Provide technical support for new and existing product features.
- Design and maintain user interfaces, algorithms, data structures, test cases, and test suites.
- Identify and automate unit and functional tests using standard or proprietary tools.
- Communicate the status of ongoing development efforts to supervisors in India and the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Excellent object-oriented programming skills and accomplished performance technologies.
- High proficiency in debugging, preferably using Visual Studio and Code Warrior IDEs.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Source code control experience with SVN, CVS, VSS, or equivalent is a plus.
- Exposure to logistics or container terminal management is highly preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of real-time graphical application development is beneficial.
