Base Salary

$87k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of test plans, procedures, and automated test scripts.
  • Perform integration and verification of distributed, cloud-enabled mission applications.
  • Evaluate end-to-end data flows, security controls, and acceptance criteria.
  • Guide test-environment setup, test-data preparation, and deployment validation.
  • Lead defect investigation and coordinate root-cause analysis with engineering teams.
  • Maintain test artifacts within controlled technical baselines.
  • Participate in interface-control working groups and contribute to architecture discussions focused on testability.

Requirements

  • A STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated test engineering experience with distributed or cloud-based systems.
  • Familiarity with interface and configuration management practices.
  • Experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to lead troubleshooting across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI clearance before the start date.
  • U.S. citizenship, because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification is preferred.
  • Experience with containerized or cloud-native architectures such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Understanding of observability and monitoring tools is preferred.
  • Experience with mission assurance or cyber-related verification is preferred.
