Responsibilities
- Support customer platforms backed by cloud and on-premise services.
- Develop new solutions and features for distributed, one-click-delivered environments.
- Automate IT infrastructure using configuration and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Integrate tools and systems using service accounts.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools and investigate performance degradation and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business-side and IT-side stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the Linux terminal and environment.
- Practical scripting experience with Python, Bash, Shell, Perl, or SQL.
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitLab and continuous delivery/deployment tools such as Octopus.
- Experience with Ansible or Puppet for IT infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift for container creation.
- Practical experience with Xray and/or SonarQube testing tools.
- Proactive communication and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of network connectivity is preferred.
