Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Write scalable, high-performing, clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java Standard Edition.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead software development best-practice initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture is preferred.
