Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and implement AI capabilities in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner.
- Develop and deploy scalable, high-quality agentic AI solutions aligned with business goals.
- Build and scale enterprise AI platform infrastructure while defining best practices and technical direction.
- Integrate AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse business use cases.
- Create AI prototypes and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
- Deliver technical consulting and guidance, mentor teams, and support cross-functional AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered web applications and a strong interest in generative AI.
- Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
- Practical experience with large language models and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI systems, cloud platforms, and AI services.
- Hands-on DevOps skills.
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools for developers.
- Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI frameworks.
- Advanced English communication skills.
