Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Facets Claims and Parallel Testing initiatives for healthcare payer projects.
- Define test strategies, test plans, execution approaches, and quality governance processes.
- Manage testing teams and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and delivery oversight.
- Oversee claims adjudication validation, billing validation, defect management, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clients, business SMEs, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor project status, risks, quality metrics, and stakeholder communications.
- Support UAT, release, and production validation activities and drive test process improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading testing efforts for Facets Claims Processing applications.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare payer domain and claims adjudication processes.
- Hands-on experience with Parallel Testing, claims validation, and defect management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare benefits, fee schedules, billing, and dental claims.
- Advanced SQL skills for backend testing, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience with test planning, execution, reporting, and quality governance.
- Proven ability to lead testing teams and manage project deliveries.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes large-scale healthcare payer transformation, migration, or modernization programs; enrollment, provider, or membership systems; client leadership engagement; release management; production support; and quality metrics reporting.
