Responsibilities
- Design and implement GCP landing zones and multi-project architectures using folders and organizations.
- Provision and manage GCP resources with Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, and Ansible.
- Configure autoscaling, auto-provisioning, and resource optimization across GCP services, including Managed Instance Groups, GKE, and Cloud Run.
- Implement GCP network architectures covering VPCs, subnets, routes, firewall rules, and Private Service Connect.
- Manage identities, roles, policies, and service accounts using Google Cloud IAM.
- Apply security and compliance practices using Cloud KMS and VPC Service Controls.
- Set up monitoring and observability with Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging, integrating Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Optimize cloud costs and performance using billing, budgets, recommender, and related optimization tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in GCP infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Deployment Manager, and Ansible.
- Expertise in GCP networking, IAM, and security configurations including Cloud KMS and VPC Service Controls.
- Experience with multi-project GCP environments and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Shell, Python, and PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Bigtable, Firestore, Cloud Functions, GKE, and Cloud Run.
- Strong hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and production AI/GPU platforms.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, and Professional Cloud Network Engineer certifications are listed technologies or qualifications.
