Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end cloud solutions for large transformational and managed service contracts.
- Architect AI-optimized solutions using predictive analytics, intelligent monitoring, automation, AI frameworks, and AIOps platforms.
- Manage solution scope across applications, data and analytics, automation, infrastructure, cloud, migration, networks, workplace, security, service desk, and service management.
- Lead solution planning teams comprising solution architects, subject matter experts, transition experts, and transformation experts.
- Work with Sales and senior client buyers to sell AI-enabled and cloud-centric solutions.
- Develop and negotiate contract content and manage client-facing proposals, presentations, workshops, due diligence, and Q&A materials.
- Manage solution and delivery approvals and ensure successful transition into delivery.
- Collaborate with consulting, application operations, security, and other Accenture groups to create holistic solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of defining and selling AI-enhanced and cloud-centric managed services solutions for global enterprises.
- Robust understanding of public cloud services, with cloud-provider certifications preferred.
- Experience deploying AIOps technologies such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, or Splunk ITSI.
- Experience managing complex solution teams and architecting significant infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Experience with IT infrastructure products and offerings, including operational tooling, automation, predictive analytics, service management, service desk, workplace services, data center operations, private or hybrid cloud operations, network, and security.
- Hands-on AIOps and AI-driven solutions experience, delivery or operational experience, and knowledge of cloud migration support and security challenges are preferred.
