Base Salary

$120k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, eligibility rules, validations, and data extracts.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Fast Formula development.
Modify existing formulas and create new formulas to support evolving business processes.
Collaborate with functional consultants, HR, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Document formula logic, testing procedures, and deployment processes.
Support end-to-end testing and post-go-live issue resolution.
Participate in knowledge transfer and train internal teams as needed.
Lead client-facing projects or workstreams, analyze data, prepare client-ready presentations, and develop Analysts and Coachees.
Travel up to 50% as needed for client or internal project teams.

Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Fast Formulas.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
Proficiency with Calculation, Validation, Extract Rule, and Element Input Validation formula types.
Familiarity with the Oracle HCM data model, user-defined tables, and database structures.
Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
Experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementations and working in cross-functional teams is preferred.
Exposure to higher education, healthcare, or public-sector industries is advantageous.
Familiarity with OTBI reporting and SQL is a plus.
U.S. citizenship and Canadian experience are listed as preferred.
