Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI tools covering data collection, ML/LLM logic, backend services, UI, and deployment.
- Develop reliable data-collection systems using flexible scraping and external API integrations.
- Automate data processing, including clustering, NLP analysis of feedback, and trend monitoring.
- Create cost-effective pipelines for large-scale generation of ideas, text, images, and video.
- Build predictive models for business metrics such as pre-launch CPA forecasting.
- Turn internal prototypes, including those created by nontechnical colleagues with AI assistants, into production-ready tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial full-stack experience building end-to-end technical solutions.
- Ability to work across ML models, backend systems, UI, and deployment without narrow specialization.
- Strong technical foundation in system design, data structures, and clean code.
- Practical experience with LLMs, including OpenAI API, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of clustering, classification, and embeddings.
- Consistent practical use of Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex as AI coding assistants.
- Ability to turn business ideas into MVPs without detailed specifications.
- Experience creating complex AI agents using agentic workflows or LangGraph, or multimodal pipelines for image and video generation.
- Predictive ML modeling with XGBoost, LightGBM, neural networks, tabular data, or time series is an advantage.
- Experience optimizing or fine-tuning open-source models, such as with LoRA, is an advantage.
- Experience creating and launching products from scratch, such as micro-SaaS products, Telegram bots, or pet projects with real users, is an advantage.
