Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support AWS-hosted enterprise middleware platforms routing critical data between restaurant and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide root cause analysis and collaborate with product development teams to improve system stability and reduce defect leakage.
- Build and enhance internal tools and applications using AWS Lambda, Retool, Claude Code, and Cursor.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, observability, operational documentation, and support procedures for platform resiliency.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and L1/L2 IT Support teams on requirements, testing, validation, troubleshooting, releases, and escalated incidents.
- Follow the software development life cycle and change management procedures.
- Participate in rotational night and weekend on-call support for critical issues, approximately one week per month.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of SQL experience, including queries, table joins, stored procedures, and SQL templates.
- At least 3 years of experience using programming languages to build scripts or programs; Python, JavaScript, or C# preferred.
- Proficiency with AWS Lambda, EventBridge, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Grafana, Python, GraphQL, and Postman.
- Experience building monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions in cloud-native environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, prioritization, multitasking, process-building, and documentation skills.
