Responsibilities

Build Android systems critical to Waymo's success.
Develop applications for enterprise partners to manage their fleets of autonomous vehicles.
Create foundational libraries, including scalable UI components and architecture.
Solve real-world problems to improve task completion for depot operators.
Identify and create infrastructure to enhance app scalability and developer productivity.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, fleet operations, and UX researchers.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience building UX designs on the Android platform.
Experience working on medium to large-scale Android apps involving multiple developers and designers.
Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Android applications, and UIs.
