Responsibilities
- Define the technical architecture and engineering standards for landing pages and checkout experiences.
- Drive complex technical initiatives from scoping to rollout across various layers.
- Build and evolve systems that support experimentation at scale.
- Provide expertise across a broad technical landscape including React applications and backend services.
- Translate technical trade-offs into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Maintain responsibility for the delivery of initiatives, communicating status and risks.
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers to improve code quality.
- Shape scalable solutions in a high-traffic environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) with React, TypeScript, and modern development.
- Strong understanding of experimentation-driven product development and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in frontend architecture, APIs, and CMS integrations.
- Solid skills in reasoning about distributed, configurable systems.
- Experience in high-traffic environments where performance is critical.
- Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving technical work independently.
- Experience with products serving multiple brands or locales is highly valued.
