Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Create and maintain APIs with Kotlin and/or Python.
- Guide teams on technical strategy and best practices.
- Write maintainable, scalable, and performant code.
- Conduct empathetic peer code reviews and foster collaboration.
- Drive architecture meetings and document design decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess technical trade-offs.
- Support team members through pair programming and discussions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Javascript/Typescript, or similar languages.
- 3+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL for data management.
- Experience with deployment tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong product and technical mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Good understanding of Agile, Lean, DevOps, and SRE principles.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
