Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD.
- Improve platform reliability, availability, and operational performance across critical trading applications.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline release processes and deployment automation.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and support incident resolution activities.
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code, operational best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting highly available production systems and improving system reliability.
- Understanding of containerized environments, deployment automation, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills within Agile delivery teams.
