Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to engineering efforts from planning to execution.
- Define and maintain policies for developer, test, and validation deployments.
- Design and build advanced CI/CD pipeline frameworks.
- Create tooling and infrastructure to enhance engineering team velocity.
- Drive adoption of best practices in code health and testing.
- Analyze complex software systems and collaborate to improve design.
- Work with teams on test coverage and resource management.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience in software development, preferably SaaS.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Java, C++, NodeJS, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD solutions.
- Comfortable with open systems environments and scripting.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Attention to detail in building reliable and scalable software systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests for competing resources.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and Snowflake is a plus.
- Kubernetes and Docker experience is a plus.
- Strong database understanding, including SQL, is a plus.
