Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases across payment migration flows covering functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
- Validate payment processing scenarios including transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and edge cases across multiple systems.
- Document and report defects clearly and in detail, maintaining up-to-date test results.
- Collaborate with the automation QA team to provide early feedback and support coverage from the start of development cycles.
- Follow testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and defect management processes set by the QA Lead.
- Support testing across multiple workstreams as scope is confirmed.
- Contribute to hypercare activities post-launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on manual QA experience across complex, multi-system environments.
- Functional testing skills across end-to-end flows spanning multiple integrated platforms.
- Strong defect documentation habits to log, describe, and track bugs effectively.
- Knowledge of the Adyen platform or willingness to learn using its documentation.
