Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing QA automation frameworks and identify optimization opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate framework development and testing processes.
- Develop reusable automation components and best practices to improve maintainability.
- Support test automation strategy, including framework selection and execution reporting.
- Enhance automation stability and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify and resolve flaky tests and automation maintenance challenges.
- Promote engineering practices that support high-quality, repeatable test outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in quality engineering and QA automation.
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing test automation frameworks.
- Practical experience with automated testing for web applications and APIs.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools for software engineering.
- Ability to review and enhance AI-generated code and documentation.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA engineering practices.
- Experience troubleshooting automation failures and improving test reliability.
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
