Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design effective conversational flows and user experiences.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Implement monitoring and analytics for solution performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow software development best practices.
- Support deployment and maintenance of existing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements.
- Promote responsible AI practices and stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Contribute to technical standards and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing AI agents or conversational AI solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM-based solutions.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related AI services.
- Understanding of secure development practices and performance monitoring.
- Experience implementing analytics for AI-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
