Responsibilities
- Design and build applications using Python and AI agents.
- Support component design, development, maintenance, and technical quality standards.
- Design and implement data storage solutions and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Contribute to source-code management, build, deployment, version-control, and development practices.
- Contribute to Nearform tooling and open-source projects.
- Analyze client requirements, gather user and client feedback, and build solutions for them.
- Collaborate with client teams and support the Delivery Architect with project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering at a Senior Developer level in an enterprise environment.
- Experience building AI agents and using modern AI tools across multiple stages of the development cycle.
- Deep understanding of Python and SQL databases, with PostgreSQL preferred.
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar multi-agent system frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Git and version-control tools.
- Understanding of security, performance considerations, architectural and design patterns, responsive design, and mobile web development.
- Practical experience delivering real-world solutions and platforms in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with open-source technologies and tools and spec-driven development tools.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Preferred: experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and data science techniques including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Available to travel occasionally onsite to London, UK.
