Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and backend services.
- Build customer-facing features that improve user experience and product adoption.
- Develop APIs, integrations, and internal tools that support core business operations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term technical strategy.
- Own projects from concept and design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Help define engineering standards, best practices, and development processes.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers where appropriate.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Backend-leaning Full Stack Engineer.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals and system design skills.
- Strong experience building scalable web applications and distributed systems.
- Expertise with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Experience designing and building APIs and backend services.
- Strong understanding of databases, caching, messaging systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and business impact.
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
