Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build Centari’s core AI technology and backend systems
- Write code and contribute to product direction alongside the engineering team
- Work across infrastructure, search, and persistence layers
- Interact with customers and drive initiatives from concept to completion
- Own and solve complex technical challenges across multiple domains
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience building production-ready applications in Go or another strongly typed language
- Some experience with or strong interest in LLMs, knowledge graphs, semantic search, and other AI/ML technologies
- Ability to work with cutting-edge technology and learn new skills
- Willingness to work across different technical domains and execute hands-on initiatives
- Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a tech lead or in driving projects end to end
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or highly regulated industries such as legal, financial services, or healthcare is preferred
- Startup experience is preferred
- Specialized experience in full-stack product development or data/ML infrastructure is preferred
