Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand challenges and design effective solutions.
- Use data to measure, inspect, and drive decisions.
- Design, test, code, and instrument new software solutions.
- Improve engineering processes and apply team practices and architectures.
- Support live applications through monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Mentor peers and contribute to continuous learning.
- Independently apply team processes and best practices to assigned work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Interest in modern technologies and design.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with C#, modern relational databases, ASP.NET RESTful API design, and modern web UI frameworks and libraries.
