Responsibilities
- Contribute to machine control and inspection software for advanced mask inspection systems.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, algorithm, and software engineers on system-level solutions.
- Apply C++ programming and software design, data structures, and algorithm concepts to meaningful engineering projects.
- Explore or contribute to multithreaded and multiprocess programming work.
- Learn and contribute in a supportive, cross-disciplinary engineering environment.
Requirements
- Be in the penultimate year of study with expected graduation in 2028.
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Have familiarity with C++ programming and experience building applications in C++.
- Have a basic understanding of Linux or experience using Linux in coursework or projects.
- Have exposure to Python or JavaScript scripting languages.
- Have some experience or coursework involving multithreaded or multiprocess programming.
- Demonstrate interest in software design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Include graduation date and programming experience on the resume.
Benefits
- Summer 2027 internship based in Milpitas, California, USA.
- Base pay of $37.00-$49.00 per hour depending on pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
