Responsibilities
- Develop mask inspection software, machine-control utilities, and data-flow management tools.
- Debug software and work in multithreaded and multiprocess programming environments.
- Collaborate with application, electrical, mechanical, optical, algorithm, and software engineering teams.
- Use AI coding assistants to generate, review, debug, and validate code and tests.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong C++ and/or Python programming skills.
- Experience working in a Unix-based programming environment.
- Debugging skills and some knowledge of machine-control and multithreaded or multiprocess programming.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Devin, or Cursor, including writing effective prompts.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and reliability.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related engineering field is required.
- Robotics experience is preferred.

- Base pay is $37.00-$49.00 per hour depending on pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree.
