Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their problems and guide product and engineering decisions.
- Deliver end-to-end full-stack solutions from discovery through production.
- Build and own workflows for billing, customer retention, and customer portal experiences.
- Prioritize opportunities, decide what to build, and discontinue initiatives that are not working.
- Contribute to engineering practices, tooling, and team growth as a hands-on technical individual contributor.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation.
Requirements
- Experience shipping complete full-stack products from discovery through production, with demonstrated work assessed across experience levels.
- Strong full-stack skills and the ability to own end-to-end systems.
- German fluency at C1 level or higher.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Evidence of strong technical ability through shipped products, founding work, research, competitions, or similarly substantive achievements.
- Experience or strong interest in energy retail, including billing, procurement, customer retention, or cost optimization.
- Sound judgment, high ownership, and comfort working in an early-stage environment with ambiguity.
