Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver full-stack features across backend services, AI agents, and user interfaces.
- Drive technical decisions related to agent behavior, tooling, and developer experience.
- Mentor teammates and establish quality standards across the codebase.
- Own features end-to-end from design through deployment.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of software engineering experience delivering large-scale production systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns including tool use, streaming, and multi-turn conversation.
- Experience with MCP or agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, including asynchronous patterns, testing, and clean module design, plus Java experience.
- Experience building and deploying APIs on AWS using Lambda and API Gateway.
- Ability to lead in a polyglot monorepo.
- Production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Regular use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead trade-off discussions and work autonomously.
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines or vector search is preferred.
- Experience with spec-driven development workflows such as OpenSpec is preferred.
