Responsibilities
- Define test strategies, test plans, release gate criteria, and risk assessments, including go/no-go recommendations.
- Lead internal QA and outsourced vendor resources, track quality KPIs, facilitate defect triage, and conduct post-incident root-cause analysis.
- Oversee functional, API, mobile, and mini-program testing while promoting automation and shift-left practices.
- Ensure digital products comply with China privacy, data security, and payment regulations.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, MarTech, and global or APAC stakeholders to deliver quality products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of software testing experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a QA Lead with team and vendor management experience.
- Hands-on Agile experience and proficiency with Jira, Zephyr, Postman, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Playwright, Appium, and Selenium.
- Fluent written English is required; fluent spoken English is preferred for cross-timezone global meetings.
- Hospitality membership or booking platform experience, performance testing, and Alibaba Cloud or AWS knowledge are preferred.
- Experience using log-capturing tools such as Charles or Fiddler.
